Cross country season began over the weekend with the Dublin Juvenile XC league. Race 1 was out in the grounds of Ardgillan Castle. Raheny were well represented as 28 of our 8-13 yr old juveniles, who train in our Manor House group, competed across the day. Well done to both athletes and coaches
Mark Kirwan was second in the Charleville half marathon yesterday. Mark finished in 1:08:00 with Cillian O’Leary fourth in 1:09:28. Conall Murphy ran 1:18:50.
Freddy Sittuk won the Harry Mallon 4 mile in Drogheda. Freddy’s winning time was 20:15 with Simon Ryan third in 20:29.
Well done to all who participated in the Kincora2passage relay yesterday. Starting at 2:30am leaving Clontarf, club members covered 115 miles to Passage in Waterford in memory of Ronan Walsh. Well done all.
