Ryan Banks up BHAA

Simon Ryan was a clear winner of the Bank of Ireland BHAA 4 Mile cross country race in Tymon Park. Ryan posted 20 minutes 47 seconds for victory, 15 seconds clear of second place Barry Sheil. Donal Foley finished in eighth place in 21 minutes 57 seconds with Vinny Clohisey posting 28 minutes 40 seconds.

Kelly Helps Ireland to Fourth

Kieran Kelly helped Ireland to fourth place in the mixed relay at the Great Edinburgh cross country. Kelly ran the third leg for Ireland having received the baton from Ciara Mageean though was unable to make on ground on the USA and Great Britain teams. Clohisey lands European Selection

Mick Clohisey has been selected for the European Team for tomorrow’s Great Edinburgh Cross Country tomorrow. Europe faces the USA and a Great Britain team led by Mo Farah.
