Golden Corbett Takes Leinster Intermediate Crown

Niamh Corbett won the Leinster Intermediate Cross Country title with an exciting sprint finish to beat Emily Grennan of Tullamore Harriers by two seconds. It was a very encouraging and exciting day for Corbett and the women’s team. Orla Gilheany 19th and Sinead Currie 21st produced strong runs. Women and Men Start National Indoor League Strong

The Raheny Shamrock Men’s and women’s team got off to very encouraging starts on day one of the National Indoor League in Abbotstown. The women’s team finished in second place overall on day one with 53 points, 12 behind points behind defending champions Dublin City Harriers.
