Mick Clohisey ran 66 minutes in the half marathon this morning at the European T&F Championships in Amsterdam. On a rolling and twisty course, Mick finished in 32nd and was second Irish man home,helping the team to a very credible 7th place finish. Nicely Mick

Kieran Kelly set a new club record in the 800m earlier today in the BMC in Solihull. In windy conditions Kieran finished second in 1:48.63. Eoin Strutt raced earlier in the meet to finish second with a pb of 1:53.36.
Belated congratulations to Orla Comerford who was recently selected to compete for Team Ireland at the Paralympic Games in Rio later this year. Orla will compete in the 100m. Well done Orla and coaches on this terrific news.
