Twitter and YouTube Channel Launched

Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club have tonight launched a Twitter account and a YouTube Channel. The clubs accounts on both social media platforms will co-exist with our current facebook account. O’Leary second in Longwood

Cillian O’Leary took second place in the Longwood 10k on Sunday October 23rd. O’Leary clocked 32:11.75 on wet and windy day on a hilly course in county Meath finishing 20 seconds behind winner Clonliffe’s Gary O’Hanlon. Motivational talk

Motivational coach Michael Ostinellie will give a presentation to athletes and a coaches in Clontarf Castle tomorrow night, Wednesday at 7.15pm.
