A Great ding dong battle in the under 15 hammer where Sean Maher and Hugh Flood continued their recurring battle.
This time Sean Maher was life the gold with a personal best of 51 meters.73 centimetres, 13 centimetres further than Hugh Food who also threw a personal best.
The battle will resume next Saturday June 24th in the Tailteann games.
Cillian Power won the under 15 hammer with a personal best throw of 30 metres 51 centimetres, adding to his discus bronze he collected last Saturday.
