Gold, Silver and Bronze is the report from day three of the All-Ireland juvenile track and field championship.
Sean Maher won the under-17 boys hammer with a best of 57.57 metres while Hugh Flood took bronze with a best of 47.92 metres.
While Conor Flanagan took silver in the under-16 boys Pole Vault posting 2.60 metres, just .20 metres off gold.
For the record Robert Higgins took of Na Fianna took silver with a best of 53.37 metres.
On the track, Sean L’estrange took silver in the under-17 200 metres having posted 22.63 seconds, just point 47 seconds off gold medallist Israel Olatunde of Dundealgan who won out in 22.16 seconds.
L’estrange had comfortably qualified for the final winning heat two in 22.99 seconds.
Meanwhile James Hyland took ninth place in the under-17 1500 metres posting 4:31.91. In the under-19 event David Brophy posted 4:28.98.
Elsewhere Michael Farrelly posted 22.43 seconds over 200 meters for 5th in the schools international in Grangemouth.
