Will Walsh won out in Malahide posting 17 minutes 28 seconds with Sarah Quigley eighth in 18 minutes 50 seconds.

Patrick Phillips took sixth place in Donabate in 19 minutes 59 seconds with Dave Gargan seventh in 20:25, Seamus Rooney 10th in 21:23 and Ann-Marie Gargan posting 23:38.

Elsewhere Declan Robinson took fourth place in Bushy Park in 20:24, In Ardgillan Park Helen Carr posted 31:19, In Poppintree Raymond McCormock clocked 31:39 and in Fairview Denis Murphy 28:50.

In Pollbeg Bláithín Sheil 19:59 and Bob Quinn 31:15, while abroad Witek Lochowski finished ninth in Warsaw posting 20:36.
