The men’s team scored Dublin novice gold while the women collected silver in the traditional cross country opener.
Robert Frewen led the team home in seventh place with Tom McEnery one place behind. Dylan O’Brien came home as third scorer in 13th place with David Kirwan fourth for a total of 43 points.
This was 10 points clear of Donore Harriers who took silver.
Other Raheny finishers were Ian McConkey 23rd, Martin McKenna 24th, Brian Sexton 28th and Will Walsh 36th.
The women’s team took silver with a Aoibhinn McGoldrick leading the team home in sixth place followed by Jenny Mulry ninth, Triona NicDomhnail 18th and Sinead Currie 23rd for a total of 56 points, 15 points off winner Dublin City Harriers and nine points clear of Crusaders in bronze.
Other Raheny finishers were Eileen O’Toole 30th, Orla Gilheaney 31st, Adrienne Atkins 33rd, Helen Carr 43rd, Deirbhile O’Keeffe 44th, Seona O’Keeffe 54th and Eimear O’Keeffe 56th.
