Kate Cronin 31st In World Mountain Championship

Kate Cronin finished 31st at the World Mountain Running championship in Argentina as the Irish team finished in ninth place.

Sarah McCormack took was first Irish runner home in 12th place with Cronin second scorer in 31st and Harriett Robinson taking 52nd place to confirm 9th place with 95 points.

France took gold with 16 points with Czech Republic silver medallist with 25 and Great Britain third with 31 points.

Ian Conroy also competed in the men’s race, however full results are not yet available.
