Parkrun Round Up 24 December

Cully O’Leary was the winner of the Christmas Eve St. Anne’s Park clocking 17 minutes and five seconds on Saturday morning.

It was a very close finish with Piranha Triathlon club’s Killian Nolan finishing in second place just one second behind Cully.

Cully led a massive 35 Raheny athlete’s home with Jamie Sheridan fourth in 18:15, Patrick Philips fifth 18:16, Dean Keogh eighth in 19:24.

Adrienne Atkins was the second woman home in 20 minutes 54 seconds. Other finishers were Declan Robinson 19:48, Alan O’Flynn 19:49, Keith Fleming 19:59, Keith Comiskey 20:02.

Feidhlim Kelly added to his numerous victories in Malahide wining out in 16 minutes 14 seconds with Wes O’Brien finishing second in 16 minutes 26 seconds.

Other performances in Malahide were Robert Frewen 17:30, Wes Grant 18:05, Paul Frewen 19:04, Steven Rowe 23:25.

Witek Lochowski took third place in Fr. Collins Park posting 19 minutes 35 seconds with Paul Larkin posting 21:42.

Results from around the country where; Fiona Roche was the first lady home in Oldbridge in 19 minutes 31 seconds, Niall Power finished fourth Ardgillian in 19:51.

Colm Delaney posted 17:51 in Clarisford with Ken Shannon clocking 18:41 Poppintree. Mary Purdue Smyth clocked 24:12 in Donabate.

Dave Brady clocked 27:53 in the Grffeen parkrun with Kate Martin clocking 22:41 in Ballingcollig.
