Senior men win Road Relays

There were a 3 gold medals won as Raheny hosted the National Road Relays for the 16th successive year. The first race was the masters women, as the O50 women of Bernie Manley, Orla Gormley and Helena Corcoran won the first gold of the day. Ryan wins Open Mile

Simon Ryan was winner of the Open Mlle. Simon finished in 4:40 with Simon Devenney a second back in second (4:41) and Donal Foley a further two seconds back (4:43). Mick Clohisey was winner of the National 10k which was run as part of the Great Ireland Run. Mick finished in a time of 30min to add yet another National title to his collection.
