Lucy Barrett took second place in the opening Dublin graded 1500m of the season at Tallaght AC track on Wednesday night. Barrett posted 4:49.46 behind outright winner Rose Finnegan of UCD who won out in 4:34.84. Ian Conroy wins 2020 Peter Doody Cup
Ian Conroy produced a gun to tape performance to land the 2020 Peter Doody Cup, the first road race Raheny Shamrock hosted in 2021. Conroy was in strong form posting 10 minutes and one second for victory on a balmy night in Raheny with Graham O’Dwyer taking second place eight seconds behind Conroy.
