Track Training Day – March 16
All club members are invited to a club track training day on Monday March 16 in Morton Stadium Santry. The track is booked for two hours from 11:30am all members are welcome to attend, in particular those who haven’t used the track before. A number of club coaches will be present to assist and advise on track sessions.
