Dooney Gets World Cross Country Call

Kevin Dooney has been selected for the 2019 IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Aarhus. This will be Dooney’s first time to compete in the World Cross Country championship and the first time an Irish male will compete at these championships since 2008. Masters Gold And Silver For Atkins

Adrienne Atkins landed a gold and silver double at the national master’s championship held in Athlone IT. Atkins landed M3 gold in the 1500 metre gold in 5:42.96, five seconds clear of Angela O’Connor from Mayo A.C. McMahon Third At Duhallow 10 Mile

Michael McMahon took third place in the Duhallow 10 mile clocking 55:13. Mick Clohisey took ninth place at the Edinburgh Half Marathon in 64 minutes 58 seconds.
