Arrey And Favors Set New Club Records

Brandon Arrey set a new club 400 metre record of 48.02 seconds at international indoor meeting in Vienna. Arrey time shaved some point 65 seconds off Kieran Kelly’s seven-year-old club record. Arrey finishing 14th overall in the general classifications. At the same meet Kieran Kelly posted one minute 46.05 seconds for 1500 metres to finish sixth overall. Men’s Indoor League Team Take Bronze

The Raheny Shamrock men’s team picked up national indoor league bronze after round two of the championship in AIT today. Cillian Kirwan won the 1500 metres in 4:03.00 well clear of Finn Valley’s Ben Carr. Elsewhere on track Michael Farrelly took fourth place in the 200 meters in 22.81 seconds.
