Freddy Fastest In Waterford Half-Marathon
Freddie Sittuk won the Waterford half marathon in 68 minutes one second, some four seconds clear of Tallaght’s Thomas Fitzpatrick. Cillian O’Leary took fourth place in 69 minutes 10 seconds. Other Raheny athletes who ran were Gay Byrne 95:41, Mary Walsh 1:42:45, Mary Purdue-Smyth 1:44:30 and Dan Wallace 2:01:32.
