Kelly Breaks Club 1500m Record

Kieran Kelly set a new club 1500 metre record when he posted 3:42.46 in the Oordegem meet on Saturday night. Kelly finished fourth in the race behind race winner Valentijn Weinans of Belgium in 3.40.34. The time broke Kelly’s previous record 3:42.91 which was set some 11 months ago within the Morton Mile. Kirwan Second In Cork Marathon

Mark Kirwin took second place in the Cork City Marathon posting two hours 25 minutes 18 seconds behind Gary O’Hanlon who won out in 2:21.10.
