One five silver and one bronze was the Raheny Shamrock haul at the national 10k road championship held as part of the Dunboyne 10k.
There was silver in the men’s and women’s O/40 category, Fiona Roche and Ian Conroy each took a medal. While Ciaran McCarthy took O/50 silver and John Dunne O/45 bronze.
Whereas the Women’s F35 team of Fiona Roche, Kate Purcell and Zoe Quinn took gold. There was silver for the men 35 team of Ian Conroy, Cillian O’Leary and John Dunne. While the Men’s O/50 team of Ciaran McCarthy, Terry Keogh and Mark McComish also took silver.
