Freddy Keron Sittuk took second place at the SSE Airtricity Walled City Marathon in Derry posting 2:26.14 behind Dan Tanui who won out in 2:25.26.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the Irish Examiner Cork City Marathon Dermot Gorman was first Raheny man home in 2:50:45 with Gerard Mullins posting 3:25:40.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marathon man himself Dave Brady posted four hours 53 minutes 14 seconds.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the half marathon Graham O\u2019Dwyer clocked one hour 22 minutes and eight seconds for 24th<\/span><\/sup> place while Alan Browne clocked 2:09.23.<\/span><\/p>\n

Last Tuesday evening Mick Clohisey won the BHAA Government services 5 mile in 23 minutes 27 seconds, nine seconds clear of Kevin Maunsell.<\/span><\/p>\n

John Dunne took fifth place in 25 minutes 49 seconds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Others who took part in Dunboyne were Wesley O\u2019Brien 26:37, Mary Purdue-Smyth 38:15, Christy Reilly 38:24 and Niamh Donnellan 42:39.<\/span><\/p>\n
