Sean\u2019s hard work paid off after a string of fourth place finishes over the years.<\/p>\n<p>Caoimhe Flynn double up for silver in the 800 metres and third in the 400 metres. Caoimhe\u00a0always works hard at training\u00a0and\u00a0is now getting the success she deserves.<\/p>\n<p>A role model on and off the\u00a0track giving advice and encouragement\u00a0to others. Caoimhe still has the 1500 metres and relays to take part in.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Tate,\u00a0is a\u00a0big personality at training whose potential is unlimited.\u00a0Sarah finished second in the 400 metres with\u00a0confidence\u00a0gained, Sarah\u00a0will become one of the stars of the future for the club.<\/p>\n<p>Kate Flanagan Walsh, the old lady of our group won the under 19 100 metres just ahead of Lucy Kerrigan in the silver position.<\/p>\n<p>There was silver for Sean L&#8217; Estrange in the under 16 200 metres while Kim O Hare took under 19 triple Jump gold and 200m bronze.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Beveridge took under 18 shot and discus gold. Matt Cotter landed under 19 long jump gold in a new personal best then added triple jump silver. Bill Oshafi took long jump silver and triple jump bronze.<\/p>\n<p>Also competing well were Maia Moore, Triona nic Domhnail, Caelinn ni Brion, Eabha nic Coitir, Caoimhe Boylan, Emma Harrision, Aishling Carrol and Jamie Sheridan, Scott Atkins and Edan Hurley.<\/p>\n<p>Well done everyone for your commitment and dedication. Thanks to the parents for your good humour, patience and sambo&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>Your support to each other is what makes you all a\u00a0special group.<\/p>\n<a class=\"synved-social-button
