Joseph O\u2019Donoghue produced a dominant on a humid evening to win the seventh round of the Lord Mayor Series in a fast nine minutes 55 seconds.<\/p>\n

Junior Dave Brophy powered around the two mile circuit to grab second place in 10 minutes 26 seconds with Graham Dwyer securing a personal best of 10 minutes 34 seconds.<\/p>\n

Anne Marie Woods secured victory in an extremely competitive ladies race with a sprint finish to hold off Elaine McNulty in 12 minutes 31 seconds, just five seconds clear of McNulty.<\/p>\n

Liffey Valley\u2019s Linda Spratt took the bronze medal in 14 minutes seven seconds.<\/p>\n
