As part of our ongoing Athlete Performance & Wellness Initiative, Raheny Shamrock is delighted to announce a new partnership with\u00a0Therapy for Optimal Performance (TOP Physiotherapy)<\/strong>.<\/a>This partnership is another step in building a strong network of supports for athletes as part of Raheny Shamrock\u2019s long-term commitment to athlete health, development and performance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

TOP Physiotherapy<\/strong>\u00a0is run by CORU registered physiotherapist and strength & conditioning coach\u00a0Fiona Mernagh<\/a>. Fiona specialises in injury assessment, rehabilitation, and preventative care \u2014 combining physiotherapy with strength and conditioning principles to help people perform at their best. Fiona’s clinic is located above Supervalu in the heart of Raheny Village.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A word from Fiona<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a0\u201cI work with people of all ages and athletes with different backgrounds and competitive goals. I help people manage injuries but also focus strongly on prevention \u2014 using manual therapy and exercise interventions to keep injuries at bay. I love working with people who enjoy staying active and those who compete in elite sport. I\u2019m really looking forward to supporting the athletes of Raheny Shamrock.\u201d
