Our juvenile athletes will be\u00a0returning to training\u00a0in Manor House on September 11.<\/p>\n

Please note our training sessions will be switching to a Tuesday night.<\/p>\n

1st-3rd class will be at 5:30pm and 4th-6th class will be at 6:30pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Demand for places is high, and if anybody does not intend returning, can you let us know ASAP.<\/p>\n

Any young athletes looking to join can email their details (Name, D.O.B, class, contact phone number) to juvenile @ rahenyshamrock.ie<\/p>\n

Please be advised there is a waiting list.<\/p>\n

Once we know how many athletes are returning, we will know how many spaces are free.<\/p>\n

We expect to be in a position to advise parents if their child has secured a place from September 19 onwards.<\/p>\n

As always, we are short of adult volunteers.<\/p>\n

No experience of athletics or coaching is required, as training will be provided.<\/p>\n

The only point required is a commitment to show up regularly.
