{"id":3271,"date":"2019-01-09T17:07:03","date_gmt":"2019-01-09T17:07:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rahenyshamrock.ie\/?p=3271"},"modified":"2019-01-11T22:16:53","modified_gmt":"2019-01-11T22:16:53","slug":"john-fitzsimmons-crusaders-rip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rahenyshamrock.ie\/?p=3271","title":{"rendered":"John Fitzsimmons (Crusaders) RIP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">It is with sadness Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club has learnt of the death of our friend and Crusaders A.C member John Fitzsimmons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">John passed away on the morning of January ninth 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">John was a keen supporter of Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club and partook in many of our road races over many number of years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">John was a keen runner and supported our Lord Mayor of Raheny two mile series, while usually contributing to the post-race refreshments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">John was also very active in the St. Anne\u2019s Parkrun. A warm and welcoming gentleman, John will be sadly missed by all at Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club and the wider athletics community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family:
