Blaithin Sheil led the Raheny Shamrock women\u2019s team to Leinster intermediate cross country gold, while the men\u2019s intermediate team took silver in Kilkenny.<\/span><\/p>\n

Blaithin Sheil took sixth place with Lucy Barrett seventh, Orla Manley 11th<\/span><\/sup> and Hannah Craddock 19th<\/span><\/sup>, for a total of 43 points three clear of Rathfarham WSAF.<\/span><\/p>\n

There was good performance all round with Molly Rickard 33rd<\/span><\/sup>, Orla Gilheaney 34th<\/span><\/sup> and Eimear O\u2019Keeffe 40th<\/span><\/sup> being non-scoring team members<\/span><\/p>\n

The men\u2019s team of Robert Frewen 11th<\/span><\/sup>, Graham O\u2019Dwyer 14th<\/span><\/sup>, Davy Duane 17th<\/span><\/sup> and Brian Sexton 22nd<\/span><\/sup>, took silver with 64 points just 12 points behind Tullamore Harriers<\/span><\/p>\n

In the Leinster masters cross country championship Michael McMahon took fourth place overall and fourth place over 35.<\/span><\/p>\n

Others who ran were Ian McConkey 12th<\/span><\/sup> over 35, with John Clarke taking 21st<\/span><\/sup>. In the over 40\u2019s Will Walsh took 11th<\/span><\/sup> place, Wes Grant 17th<\/span><\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the over 50 category Donald Quinn took eighth place, Mick Kehoe 18th<\/span><\/sup> place, Peter Smyth 20th<\/span><\/sup>, Dave Feeney 29th, David O’Hara 33rd<\/span><\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the over 55 category Michael Gygax took seventh place, Philip McGovern ninth and Jim Keogh 16th<\/span><\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Masters 50 team of Donald Quinn, Mick Kehoe and Peter Smyth took bronze, the masters team took fifth place.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kate Purcell finished third overall in the women\u2019s race and took over 35 silver, leading the women\u2019s team including Sarah Quigley, Zoe Quinn to bronze.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jenny Mulry finished eight over 35. In the over 40 category Sarah Quigley took eighth place with Zoe Quinn ninth and Jenny Colbert took ninth place over 45.<\/span><\/p>\n
