The 2019 Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club Track and Field Championship will take place on Sunday May 5th<\/sup> in Morton Stadium, Santry.<\/p>\n

The championships are open to all Raheny Shamrock club members with medals to the top three in each competition.<\/p>\n

Refreshments and finger food will be served in the Clonliffe Harriers Clubhouse bar at three o\u2019clock after the competition.<\/p>\n

Any member not competing is asked to please help with some officiating by contacting Mick Martin at chairman @ rahenyshamrock.ie<\/p>\n

Track Events<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

1pm – One Mile Race Walk<\/p>\n

1.20 – 100 meters<\/p>\n

1.50 – 1200 meters<\/p>\n

2.10 – 400 meters<\/p>\n

2.25 – 3,000 meters.<\/p>\n

Field Events<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

1.15 – High Jump<\/p>\n

1.45 – Introduction to discus<\/p>\n
