Our u19 athletes all moved up to show their form in u20s.<\/p>\n<p>Charlie Gunawardhana in the 3k steeplechase to win the \ud83e\udd48. Charlie was also 7th in the 1500m.<br \/>\nFreyja O&#8217;Caroll in the 800m grabbed the \ud83e\udd49and a massive pb of 2.09.<\/p>\n<p>Conrad Latham then raced the u20 800m winning the \ud83e\udd48in 1.52.56<\/p>\n<p>Davyd Konovalov won \ud83e\udd49 in the 200m in a blistering time of 22.03. He also placed 6th in the 100m<\/p>\n<p>Des O&#8217;Neill came out to show his form in the 400mH. Having ran 2 u20 World Championship Qualifying times over the last month the u20 title was next on the list.<br \/>\n\ud83e\udd47 and a Championship Record of 51.45 closed off the day in style for the
