The 2019\/20 Winter League begins on Wednesday December fourth with a three mile road race on the traditional course.<\/span><\/p>\n

The winter league series is an 11 Round with all races beginning at 8pm held with rounds three to eight held every fortnight and rotating between three and two miles.<\/span><\/p>\n

The final three races in the series are over one mile.<\/span><\/p>\n

For league standings athletes are divided into three divisions with the best eight overall races to score for a top three finish.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are prizes to the first man and woman in each race with entry set at \u20ac7 per race or \u20ac50 for the series. Juniors and unemployed can enter for \u20ac2 per race.<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 1<\/strong> Wednesday 4th December – 3 Miles<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 2<\/strong> Wednesday 11th December – 2 Miles<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 3<\/strong> Wednesday 8th January – 3 Miles<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 4<\/strong> Wednesday 22nd January – 2 Miles<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 5<\/strong> Wednesday 5th February – 3 Miles<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 6<\/strong> Wednesday 19th February – 2 Miles (Incorporating Donnagh Lynch Memorial Race)<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 7<\/strong> Wednesday 4th March – 3 Miles<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 8<\/strong> Wednesday 18th March – 2 Miles<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 9<\/strong> Wednesday 25th March – 1 Mile<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 10<\/strong> Wednesday 1st April – 1 Mile<\/span><\/p>\n

Round 11<\/strong> Wednesday 15th April – 1 Mile (Incoporating Raheny Mile)<\/span><\/p>\n
