{"id":3968,"date":"2020-03-25T15:24:32","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T15:24:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rahenyshamrock.ie\/?p=3968"},"modified":"2020-03-25T15:24:32","modified_gmt":"2020-03-25T15:24:32","slug":"club-statement-covid-19-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rahenyshamrock.ie\/?p=3968","title":{"rendered":"Club Statement &#8211; Covid 19 Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club note the announcement of An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and the extension of measures in relation to Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club are in full support and agreement to these new measures to take effect until April 19 2020.<\/p>\n<p>As such we regrettably announce the cancellation of the following club events;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Female Athlete Forum \u2013 April 4<\/li>\n<li>Club Table Quiz \u2013 April 9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Battle of Clontarf 10 scheduled for April 13 will now be rescheduled to another date.<\/p>\n<p>The Holland Cup originally scheduled for April 8th is now postponed and will be rescheduled for a later date.<\/p>\n<p>Rounds Nine (March 25), 10 (April 1) and 11 (Inc. Raheny Mile) (April 15) of the winter league are suspended. The winter league rounds 8 \u2013 11 will be rescheduled for a later date.<\/p>\n<p>All club training sessions are suspended and the clubhouse is now closed.<\/p>\n<p>Athletes should liaise direct with their coaches or mentors or club officers to get further details on their training programmes which they should still continue on this enforced break.<\/p>\n<p>Stay safe and adhere to the HSE
