The committee of Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club held a Virtual Meeting this afternoon to consider and progress steps to reopen training in line with Athletics Ireland guidelines and recommendations.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have now broadly agreed a process and structure to proceed. However, we will await the completion of an information and questions session arranged by Athletics Ireland for Tuesday evening May 19.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will then finalise our guidelines for our coaches in order to progress our return to Training.<\/span><\/p>\n

In accordance with the new guidelines the club committee have appointed Pat Hooper as club safety officer. Larry Fox has been appointed as safety co-Ordinator.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note club training is suspended and the clubhouse is closed until further notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

The safety and wellbeing of our members is of upmost importance and we will proceed once we believe it is safe to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n
