This evening Athletics Ireland furnished details to Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club for the club to restart road race activity.<\/p>\n

This restart is in-line with the Government\u2019s Road Map to Re-open our country and begins under phase three (29 June to 19 July).<\/p>\n

As such we advise that the Winter League 2019-20 Restart will commence on Monday June 29th<\/sup> over two miles.<\/p>\n

Be advised that new guidelines from Athletics Ireland, Sport Ireland and the HSE are now in place.<\/p>\n

All competitors are asked to review the Road Race Participant document available here<\/a><\/p>\n

Social Distancing will apply to all road races and as such races we will have a staggered start per your competing division in the league.<\/p>\n

Bring your own Bottled Water, Sanitizers, Gloves and Masks.<\/p>\n

No handshakes or hugs.<\/p>\n

No Prizes will be presented on day of race.<\/p>\n

There is no bag drop off.<\/p>\n

The Clubhouse is closed, the race help desk will be opposite the start area on Wades Avenue<\/p>\n

Round 8 Monday 29th June – 2 Miles <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Premier + Divisions One & Two – 8pm<\/p>\n

Divisions Three and Four \u2013 8:20pm<\/p>\n

Round 9 Thursday 2nd July – 1 Mile<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Premier Division – 8pm<\/p>\n

Division One and Two \u2013 8:10pm<\/p>\n

Division Three and Four \u2013 8:20pm<\/p>\n

Round 10 Monday 6th July – 1 Mile<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n
