{"id":4090,"date":"2020-07-11T21:56:25","date_gmt":"2020-07-11T21:56:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rahenyshamrock.ie\/?p=4090"},"modified":"2020-07-12T17:40:30","modified_gmt":"2020-07-12T17:40:30","slug":"2020-lord-mayor-of-raheny-road-race-series","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rahenyshamrock.ie\/?p=4090","title":{"rendered":"2020 Lord Mayor Of Raheny Road Race Series"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 2020 Lord Mayor of Raheny Road Race series was launched in Raheny today.<\/p>\n<p>The series of 13 \u201cTwo Mile\u201d road races begins on Tuesday July 14 and runs every Tuesday until October six.<\/p>\n<p>All races start at 8pm on the Wades Avenue \/ Watermill drive course, a course which is used for the National Road Relay championships.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; text-decoration: underline;\">Covid-19 Guidelines<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Two Races each night &#8211; Sub 14 minutes 8pm \/ Over 14 Minutes 8:20pm<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Social distancing applies<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Bring your own Bottled Water, Sanitizers, Gloves and Masks.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">No handshakes or hugs. No Prizes will be presented on day of race.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Please read A Practical Guide for Road Race \u20ac7 per race or \u20ac50 for the series.<\/p>\n<p>Prizes are awarded in all age categories with your best 8 races counting toward the overall series prize.<\/p>\n<p>In Line with Covid-19
