Niamh Fogarty won her third senior women\u2019s discus title, along with U23 gold, with a best throw of 49.46m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fogarty\u2019s fourth attempt being her best of the day as she posted 49.46m, attempt five registered 48.49m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ciara Sheehy of Emerald took silver with a best of 41.94m and Casey Mulvey (Inny Vale) took bronze with a best of 41.17m.<\/span><\/p>\n

"I'm delighted. I'll take a few weeks off, and it's a big year next year, so all guns blazing for winter training."<\/p>\n
