{"id":4510,"date":"2021-06-01T17:00:45","date_gmt":"2021-06-01T17:00:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rahenyshamrock.ie\/?p=4510"},"modified":"2021-06-01T11:22:44","modified_gmt":"2021-06-01T11:22:44","slug":"lord-mayor-of-raheny-series-resumes-on-june-8","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rahenyshamrock.ie\/?p=4510","title":{"rendered":"Lord Mayor of Raheny Series Resumes on June 8"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 2020 Lord Mayor of Raheny Two Mile series will resume from Tuesday week June eighth and continue from round seven.<\/p>\n<p>We thank you for your patience in what will be a near nine month period without racing and hope you get to enjoy the remainder of the series.<\/p>\n<p>Covid-19 is still very much with us and we must adhere to strict public health guidelines in particular the maximum gathering at each race is 100 including athletes and officials.<\/p>\n<p>As such please review and adhere to the below instructions for race night.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two Races each night \u2013 Sub 14 minutes 8pm \/ Over 14 Minutes 8:30pm<\/li>\n<li>Social distancing applies<\/li>\n<li>Bring your own Bottled Water, Sanitizers, Gloves and Masks.<\/li>\n<li>No handshakes or hugs. No Prizes will be presented on day of race.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Do not<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the race area until 15 minutes before the start of your race<\/li>\n<li>Approach any of the race officials looking for results after the race<\/li>\n<li>Gather at the race area if you are not running or an official<\/li>\n<li>Warm down on the course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Do<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Practice social distancing<\/li>\n<li>Obey all race marshals<\/li>\n<li>Leave the venue immediately when you\u2019re race has finished<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As we are resuming the series we have locked age categories from round six onward (September 2020), meaning for the remainder of this series athletes will be unable to move age categories.<\/p>\n<p>The Entry list with numbers for the first six races is available <a href=\"http:\/\/rahenyshamrock.ie\/?p=4508\">here<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you no longer have your number please email info @ rahenyshamrock.ie<\/p>\n<p>A number of athlete\u2019s paid for a full series entry during the opening six rounds.
