The 2021 Lord Mayor of Raheny road two mile race series was launched this morning and is set to begin on Tuesday August 17th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The ever popular series will for 2021 revert to its original six race format.<\/p>\n

The race fixture list is;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Round One \u2013 Tuesday August 17th<\/sup><\/p>\n

Round Two \u2013 Tuesday August 24th \u2013 Incorporating Tommy Lynam Cup Mid-Summer cup<\/p>\n

Round Three \u2013 Tuesday August 31st<\/p>\n

Round Four \u2013 Tuesday September 7th<\/sup><\/p>\n

Round Five \u2013 Tuesday September 14th<\/p>\n

Round Six \u2013 Tuesday September 21st<\/sup> \u2013 Incorporating Peter Doody Cup<\/p>\n

In line with Covid-19 road racing guidelines, there will be two races each night. Sub-14 minutes runners at 8pm and over-14 minutes runners at 8.30pm.<\/p>\n

All Covid-19 guidelines for Athletics Ireland permitted road races apply.<\/p>\n

Entry fee is \u20ac7 per race or a series fee for all six races is available for \u20ac30.<\/p>\n

Runners who complete five races receive a special race series plaque.<\/p>\n
