Kelly posted 3:47.99 ahead of Neil Johnston from Annadale Striders in 3:49.82.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">It&#8217;s better than the ludo trophy in Father Ted. Fogarty sixth attempt registered 50.85 metres.<\/p>\n<p>There were medals at plenty at the Leinster track and field championships in Carlow.<\/p>\n<p>Luke Murphy took 1500m bronze in 4:01.71, the race was won by Rathfarnham\u2019s David Scanlon in 3:58.59 with Tallaght\u2019s Eoghan Keaney second in 4:00.15.<\/p>\n<p>While Sean L\u2019Estrange took 200m in 23.43 seconds. Donal Kearns posted 61.01 seconds in the 400m hurdles. While in the junior men\u2019s 200 metres Ethan Banks posted 28.48 seconds<\/p>\n<p>Paul Curtayne took O\/50 bronze in the 100mH in 27.90 and gold 1500m in 6:15.47. Curtayne took fourth place in the O\/50\u2019s in 2:39.41 and then jumped 1.35 metres in the high jump.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere, Gary Aylward took O\/60 1500 gold in 5:14.10 and bronze in the 800m in 2:38.76.<\/p>\n<p>Ciaran O\u2019Coigligh took bronze in the O\/65 1500m in 7:06.52 and posted 18.05 seconds for 100m..<\/p>\n<p>400m Patricia O\u2019Cleirigh took O\/55 silver 400m silver in 72.79
