The race was won by Marileidy Paulino of Dominican Republic in 50.10 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Sada Williams of Bahamas was second in 50.74 seconds with Jamaica\u2019s Stephanie Ann McPherson third in 51.37.<\/p>\n<p>Very well done to Sophie and hopefully the first of many DL meets.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday night Eric Favors continued his good form finishing third at the Nashville meet with a throw over 20 metres again.<\/p>\n<p>Favors threw 20.05 metres on his fifth effort to take third place. Nigeria\u2019s Enekchi Chuk won out with a best of 20.72m with American Andrew Liskowitz second with 20.10m.<\/p>\n<p>On the roads, at the Cork City marathon Carmel Ward was the first Shamrock home in 3:05.55 followed by Gavin Judge 3:52.09 and Jeremy Skillington 3:54.51.<\/p>\n<p>In the half-marathon Stephen Butler was home in 86:20 followed by Tommy Crampton 94:06, Denis Murphy 95:37, Keri
