Following the success of our recent information session with Dublin Marathon Ambassadors Mick Clohisey and Catherina McKiernan we are delighted to introduce our \u2018Lets talk running’ series.<\/p>\n

Over the coming months we will bring you various topics to support you in your marathon and race training. Kicking off this series on Sunday July 24th at 11am in the Raheny Shamrock clubhouse, we are delighted to welcome Olivia Keegan – Irish Life Dublin Marathon Nutritionist.<\/p>\n

Keegan will provide us with practical advice and tips about how to manage nutrition during your training.<\/p>\n

There will be an opportunity to ask Olivia questions at the session. Club members who are interested in attending are asked to book in using this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Let\u201ds talk running\u201d series for August will focus on well-being. September will be your chance to meet some of Dublin marathon\u2019s seasoned pacers and in October our own Raheny Shamrock guru and master of marathon training Paul Brady.<\/p>\n

We will send on booking details for these closer to the time.<\/p>\n
