We are very pleased to announce we have finally acquired our gym equipment, funded mainly by a Sports Capital Grant and the balance from Club funds.<\/p>\n

This equipment will greatly assist the S&C training for all our athletes.<\/p>\n

As this equipment has only just been installed, we are undergoing a commissioning and learning phase of same. Simon Deveney has offered an induction to members who are experienced gym users and others to have a look around.<\/p>\n

We are working on the logistics and process for access to the Gym equipment and will finalise this shortly.<\/p>\n

Simon will be in the clubhouse this Tuesday and Thursday between 7:30pm and 8:30pm. Feel free to drop in and check out the new equipment.<\/p>\n

Please be patient whilst we with continue to improve our facilities for the benefit of our members.<\/p>\n
