A real sign the track and field season is ready to begin is the announcement of the Dublin Graded Meetings starting in UCD on May 5.<\/p>\n

There are eight meetings in all running until July 31st with athletes divided into four grades with a race for each grade.<\/p>\n

Meet one begins at noon on Sunday May 5 in UCD the event list is;<\/p>\n

Track<\/strong><\/p>\n

Men’s & Women’s – 100m (Two Rounds)<\/p>\n

Men’s & Women’s – 2,000m S\/C<\/p>\n

Men’s & Women’s – 3,000m<\/p>\n

Men’s & Women’s – 800m<\/p>\n

Field<\/strong><\/p>\n

Men’s & Women’s – Hammer<\/p>\n

Men’s & Women’s – Long Jump<\/p>\n

Entry is \u20ac9 per event available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

An interesting feature this year, the 100m and 200m races will be ran with the wind. All meetings will be registered with World Athletics and count in world ranking points.<\/p>\n
