Kirwan Fifth at Frank Duffy

Mark Kirwan took fifth place in the Frank Duffy 10 Mile, part of the Dublin Marathon race series on Saturay morning in the phoenix park. Kirwan posted 53 minutes and 21 seconds in a race that was won by Clonliffe’s Stephen Scullion in 50 minutes 37 seconds. Lord Mayor Series Runners Jump 45%

The 2017 Lord Mayor of Raheny Road Race Series has seen a 45% year-on-year increase in participants as runners fled to Raheny on Tuesday evenings. O’Donoghue Wins Portmarnock 5K

Joseph O’Donoghue was the fastest man in over 5K winning the Portmarnock 5K on Thursday evening. O’Donoghue posted 16 minutes and two seconds for victory, 62 seconds cleat of “Portmarnock Tri Club’s Eoin Brady!!” Annette Kealy won the women’s race in 18 minutes 24 seconds, taking fourth place overall.
