John Dunne landed the Dublin Masters M35 cross country title by winning outright in St. Anne’s Park and helping the club to the men’s over 35 team title. Indoor League Begins January 14
A reminder to all male athletes that the Indoor League starts on January 14th with round one. Events on the day are 60 metres, 800 metres, Long Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put & 60m Hurdles. Ryan Banks up BHAA
Simon Ryan was a clear winner of the Bank of Ireland BHAA 4 Mile cross country race in Tymon Park. Ryan posted 20 minutes 47 seconds for victory, 15 seconds clear of second place Barry Sheil. Donal Foley finished in eighth place in 21 minutes 57 seconds with Vinny Clohisey posting 28 minutes 40 seconds.
