Raheny Shamrock were today crowned All Ireland cross country club champions for the very first time. Mick Clohisey led the team home in second place followed by Kevin Dooney sixth, Conor Dooney 11th and Mark Kirwan 19 giving the team 38 points a whooping 63 points clear of silver medalists Ennis Track Club. Dermot Gorman was the clubs star man in the parkrun this weekend, winning the Malahide parkrun in 16 minutes and 10 seconds. Wesley O’Brien took second place, eight seconds behind Gorman with Will Walsh finishing third in 17:59, Steve Reeves finished fourth in 18 minutes and three seconds.
