Lucy Barrett took second place in the Tom Brennan Memorial 5km, leading the women’s team to third place.
Barrett posted 17 minutes 53 seconds for second place behind Laura Mooney of Tullamore Harriers in 16:48.
The team of Barrett, Bernadette Bruen and Clare Fox took third place with 41 points behind hosts Liffey Valley with 32 and Crusaders with 39.
Michael Brady was first Raheny athlete home in 15:44 followed by Cillian O’Leary 15:45, Conrad Latham 15:53, Cian Charlton 15:53, George Sevastopulo 16:25, Aidan Jones 16:44.

Elsewhere on New Year’s Day Gerard Fay posted 29:18 at the D15 Suicide Awareness 5km in NSC Blanchardstown. Whereas, the Griffin family had a big showing at the Beaufort 5k in Kerry.
Chloe Griffin led the team home in 22:04, followed by Ivan Griffin 22:07 and Cara Griffin 24:28.
Elsewhere over the holiday period, there was a very strong turnout of club members at the Fat Turkey run on December 27. Rob Kelly won the race outright in 34:42.
Ciaran McCarthy and Malachy Kirwan closed out a Raheny 1-2-3. While, Zoe Quinn was second woman home in 40:42. Caitriona Joyce Saunders having won out in 40:11.
Meanwhile, there was a big turnout at the ISA 7.5k on Dollymount Strand on St. Stephen’s Day, Keith Fleming taking the victory on the day.
