Thursday night saw a successful launch night of Kieran Kelly’s new book on the history of the club’s senior Irish internationals Green, White and Green.
There was a big crowd present in the Cedars Lounge including many past and present internationals and Ursula Kennedy; one of the three jointly first capped Raheny Shamrock athletes for Ireland in the 1968 international world cross country in Blackburn.
Kennedy she ran with her clubmates Siobhan Lynch (RIP) and Ann Keating.
