Freddy Sittuk took second place in the 2017 Fingal 10K on Sunday morning posting 30 minutes 45 seconds just behind Metro’s John Coghlan. Smyth’s Sixth Under 20 best in Europe

Mark Smyth’s ever high reaching 2017 saw him reach new heights at the European under 20 Championships last weekend. Smyth Makes Euro Semi-Final

Mark Smyth made an impressive European under 20 championship debut finishing fourth in heat one of the 200 metres and progressing to the semi-final automatically. Smyth ran a strong opening 100 metres before trying slightly in the final 80 metres to finish fourth in 21.63 seconds and safely progress to the semi-final.
