It was another great day for Raheny Shamrock A.C as the club honoured our two time Para-Athletics World Champion Orla Comerford on Wednesday October 22nd. Orla took double gold at the World Para-Athletics Championships in New Delhi last month and the club was delighted to have a special presentation at the Red Stables in St. Anne’s Park. Raheny Shamrock’s proud tradition of marathon running will be underlined again on Sunday when 107 club members will toe the line in the 2025 Dublin Marathon. Among them will be Martin Kelly who has competed in every Dublin marathon since 1980. We wish all the runners well over the 26.2m distance.
