Club AGM Takes Place Thursday Night

The AGM of Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club takes place on Thursday October 4th at 8pm in Raheny GAA Club. Only fully paid up members can attend. A list of motions is available on request to info @ rahenyshamrock.ie The list of motions and all nominations to committee positions will be available at the AGM on Thursday night. N.B. Tickets for the 60th Anniversary dinner dance will be available on the night.

Dooney Seals Rathfarnham Win

Kevin Dooney powered to victory in Rathfarnham winning out in 14 minutes 29 seconds. Dooney was some 11 seconds clear of Dunshaughlin’s Thomas Moran took second in 14:40. Clohisey Second in Charleville Freddy Wins Croppy Boy

Mick Clohisey took second place at Charleville international half-marathon just 17 seconds behind Donore’s John Travers. Travers posted posted a personal best of 64.23 with Clohisey just behind in 64:40. Freddy Sittuk won the Croppy Boy 10K 33 minutes 50 seconds nearly two minutes clear of Wateford’s Noel Murphy.
