Robert Frewen took third place in the Carlingford half marathon posting a new PB of 76:24. Annette Kealy landed national indoor W50 gold with a comfortable 3,000 metre gold medal. Kealy posted 10 minutes 29.34 seconds for gold with Orla Gormley taking silver in 11 minutes 43.35 seconds.
